Yoga

Julia Harris
Julia found yoga as an adolescent in attempts to address her mental health. She has since come to deeply appreciate the richness of the tradition, philosophy, the wholistic practice of yoga, and the life-long learning. In her classes she combines body awareness, mindfulness and breath to support the exploration of the whole being. Her intention is to guide intentional practices that are accessible, calming and gently build resilience.

With support from her mother, who shared similar gifts, she learned to embrace and understand her abilities.
Teacher Training 200hr Vinyasa ( COMING SOON )

Aayushi Mishra
My path with yoga began uniquely early; I started practicing at just four years old, allowed the discipline to shape my childhood and eventually my life’s work. By the age of 17, I transitioned from student to teacher, driven by a spirit of service. To provide my students with a truly world-class experience, I have completed multiple Teacher Training Courses in Hatha and Vinyasa across various renowned schools, integrating the most effective techniques from each tradition.

Jessica Sorrenti
My passion is supporting individuals to feel whole, connected, and empowered within themselves. I believe in creating space to gently release stored trauma and internal blocks, so people can move forward in life with greater confidence, resilience, and self-trust. Even during challenging or stressful times, yoga offers practical tools to help us stay present rather than feeling stuck.
