About Me.

My passion is supporting individuals to feel whole, connected, and empowered within themselves. I believe in creating space to gently release stored trauma and internal blocks, so people can move forward in life with greater confidence, resilience, and self-trust. Even during challenging or stressful times, yoga offers practical tools to help us stay present rather than feeling stuck.

This is what yoga has given me and what I have witnessed in so many of my students. Through not only asana, but the integration of breathwork and meditation, we create a sense of unity that allows prana to move freely through the body and nervous system.

Alongside my yoga journey, I bring over 10 years of experience as a social worker, working across mental health, youth, and homelessness sectors. Through this work, I came to recognise that many systems do not fully support individuals to heal and move forward in a holistic way. This realisation led me to deepen my personal practice and study traditional yoga in an ashram for six months an experience that profoundly shaped both my teaching and my life.

Becoming a mother at 40, after being told I may never conceive, further deepened my commitment to living this practice both on and off the mat. Sharing yoga, presence, and compassion with others is truly what lights me up.

I am excited to continue growing in my practice and to embody these teachings in everyday life for my son, my loved ones, and myself. I’m deeply grateful to be joining the team at Sun & Sage, and I look forward to building a nurturing and connected community together.
