Terms & Conditions

By booking or attending any class, workshop, or corporate program with Sun & sage yoga studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
 

• Booking & Payment: All bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Passes and memberships are non-transferable.
   

• Expiry & Validity: All passes and memberships expire as indicated on purchase. Expired sessions are non-refundable.
   

• Cancellation & Rescheduling: Individual sessions require 24-hour notice; corporate bookings require 48-hour notice. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
   

• Health & Liability: Yoga, meditation, and sound healing involve physical and mental activity. Participate at your own risk. Consult a healthcare professional if you have medical concerns. Inform instructors of any health issues before class.
   

• Conduct: Respectful behavior is expected. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants who violate guidelines. 
   

• Privacy: Personal data is used only for bookings and communication and will not be shared without consent.
   

By proceeding with booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Liability Waiver.
