Thats Julia her Bio :'Julia found yoga as an adolescent in attempts to address her mental health. She has since come to deeply appreciate the richness of the tradition, philosophy, the wholistic practice of yoga, and the life-long learning. In her classes she combines body awareness, mindfulness and breath to support the exploration of the whole being. Her intention is to guide intentional practices that are accessible, calming and gently build resilience.' (Yoga Instructor)
