Yoga Classes

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic, flowing practice that links movement with breath. Classes build heat, strength, and mobility through creative sequencing, while still encouraging mindfulness and presence. Vinyasa is suitable for those looking for a more energising practice that supports both physical fitness and mental clarity.
Yin Yoga
Slow, gentle, and deeply restorative, Yin Yoga focuses on releasing tension in the connective tissues and joints. Poses are held for several minutes, promoting flexibility, circulation, and relaxation, while encouraging mindfulness and stress relief. Perfect for balancing body and mind.

Sound Healing
A deeply restorative experience using vibration and sound to calm the nervous system and support relaxation. Using instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, drums, and voice, these sessions invite you to rest, release tension, and reconnect. No experience required—simply arrive and receive.
Sound healing journey
An immersive sound journey drawing on ancient, earth-based traditions. Guided by experienced practitioners, including Ryko Heart, these sessions use drumming, voice, and intentional sound to support grounding, emotional release, and inner connection. Held in a safe, respectful, and trauma-aware space
Meditation
Find calm, clarity, and balance in our guided sessions. Using breath, mindfulness, and gentle visualisation, meditation supports emotional wellbeing and nervous system regulation. Accessible for all levels.

All corporate offerings are delivered by experienced facilitators with backgrounds in mental health and fitness, ensuring sessions are trauma-aware, supportive, and professionally held. Sessions are delivered, in-studio and tailored to suit your organisation’s needs
